Job Description

You should be a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in test automation. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver. You will need to implement robust automation frameworks following best practices such as Page Object Model (POM) and TestNG. It will be your responsibility to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other DevOps tools. Collaboration with developers, QA analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment is crucial. You will execute automated regression, smoke, and functional tests across web applications, analyze test results, identify root causes, and report bugs using appropriate tracking tools. Participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives is expected. Your must-have skills should include strong programming skills in Java, proficiency with Selenium WebDriver for UI test automation, experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven, good understanding of test automation strategies, frameworks, and industry best practices, familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail), and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.,
