Role Overview: We are looking for talented and motivated Python Backend Developers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in backend development using Python and related technologies, along with a good understanding of software design principles and development methodologies. Experience: 1-8 Years Location: Mumbai Educational Qualification: Candidates from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes only Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Django and related frameworks) Implement and optimize algorithms , data structures , and object-oriented solutions Write clean, maintainable code and robust unit tests using PyTest Parse and process structured data, including XML and file-based input/output operations Collaborate with database engineers to develop optimized SQL queries, procedures , and performance tuning Apply Service Design principles and contribute to architectural discussions Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups Work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Required Skills: Strong backend development experience with Python Hands-on experience with Django , NumPy , and standard Python libraries In-depth understanding of Data Structures , OOPs , and
