ob Title: Python Architect Location: Gurugram / Noida Experience: 1015 Years Position Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Python Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance solutions across enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Python, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and system architecture, along with the ability to drive best practices in software engineering and DevOps. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and develop scalable Python-based backend systems using frameworks like Django , FastAPI , or Flask . Lead architectural decision-making for microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications. Design robust and secure integration with external systems and services (REST APIs, message queues, etc.). Provide technical leadership to development teams through code reviews, mentorship, and architectural guidance. Define and enforce coding standards, development workflows, and best practices across the team. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. Oversee cloud infrastructure (preferably Microsoft Azure ) including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging. Lead performance tuning, security hardening, and reliability engineering across platforms. Own documentation of architecture decisions, system designs, and operational processes. Ensure the implementation of DevOps practices, version control strategies, and release management. Required Skills: 10+ years of hands-on software development experience with Python . Strong expertise with Python frameworks : Django, FastAPI, Flask. Proven experience designing and deploying cloud-based architectures (preferably Azure , AWS optional). Solid understanding of microservices architecture , asynchronous programming , and event-driven systems . Proficient in REST API design, OAuth/JWT , and API security best practices. Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB). Experience with CI/CD , Docker , Kubernetes , and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform . Familiar with DevOps practices , automated testing , and monitoring/logging frameworks. Knowledge of SAST/DAST tools and secure coding principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Good to Have: Experience in the insurance domain or other regulated industries. Exposure to event brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus. Understanding of frontend technologies like React (for full-stack alignment). Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications in Python, Azure, or Cloud Architecture are a plus. Why Join Us?
