The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and services required by the company. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and timely delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Sourcing:
Identify and evaluate vendors based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
Source materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards.
Vendor Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and discounts.
Track vendor performance and address any quality or delivery issues.
Purchase Order Management:
Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with vendors for timely order fulfillment.
Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all purchases.
Inventory & Cost Control:
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Control procurement costs through strategic purchasing.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Coordination & Reporting:
Collaborate with internal departments (warehouse, finance, operations) for smooth procurement.
Maintain procurement reports and update records in the system.
Handle discrepancies, returns, and claims related to purchased items.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,517.83 - ₹22,000.00 per month
