Purchase Executive

The Purchase Executive will be primarily responsible for managing and executing purchasing activities. This role involves procurement, ensuring quality compliances, and employing strategic negotiations to secure the best pricing and terms for the company. The candidate will need to have a keen eye for finding alternative suppliers while maintaining the standards of quality and efficiency that our operation demands. Maintain a database of approved vendors and suppliers. Receive and review purchase requisitions from internal departments. Prepare and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or Purchase Orders (PO). Follow up and negotiate required terms with suppliers. Place orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery. Upon delivery, ensure that purchased goods and services meet the required standards and specifications. Ensure procurement aligns with company budget and cost-saving goals. Monitor price trends, market conditions, compare prices, specifications, and delivery terms to identify cost-effective options. Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and contracts. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and legal regulations. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis and supplier performance.
