Material Procurement:
Assist in sourcing interior-specific materials such as plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, glass, paints, electrical fittings, etc.
Collect multiple quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize vendors as per company standards.
Raise Purchase Orders (POs) as per material requirement schedules received from project teams.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with local and outstation vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Maintain and update approved vendor lists with pricing and lead time details.
Follow up with vendors for delivery, quality, and billing issues.
Project Coordination:
Understand project BOQs and coordinate with site engineers for urgent material requirements.
Ensure timely dispatch of materials to site without delays in project timelines.
Track deliveries and provide regular updates to the project team.
Inventory & Documentation:
Keep records of purchases, delivery challans, and invoices.
Assist with inward material entries and stock registers in coordination with storekeepers.
Ensure proper documentation for material quality and quantity verification.
Cost & Quality Monitoring:
Compare vendor quotes and suggest cost-effective options without compromising quality.
Flag deviations or non-standard materials to the Purchase Head or Project Manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
