Pulpit Operator – CCL (Color Coating Line)

To ensure smooth and continuous operation of the Color Coating Line by monitoring and controlling all parameters from the pulpit/control room, maintaining quality standards, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the complete CCL process from the pulpit/control desk.
• Operate and adjust parameters for decoiler, cleaning section, coating section, curing oven, and recoiler.
• Coordinate with line supervisors, maintenance, and quality departments for smooth running of the line.
• Maintain production logs, downtime reports, and shift handover records accurately.
• Respond quickly to alarms or any deviation in process parameters.
• Ensure raw material availability (coils, chemicals, paints) as per schedule.
• Report abnormalities and assist in troubleshooting line issues in coordination with the maintenance team.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly.
• Check and ensure coating thickness, color matching, and product specifications as per customer requirements.
• Train and guide helper operators and ensure discipline on the line.
