Project Manager Microsoft Technologies

The role of a Project Manager specializing in Microsoft Technologies within the IT Practice at RheinBrcke involves managing Microsoft technology projects to ensure they meet and exceed customer expectations. As a proven leader, you will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives through collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Efficient resource allocation, financial analysis, and ROI management are crucial aspects of this role, along with a strong techno-functional knowledge of .Net, SQL, and related technologies. Your responsibilities will include developing progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation, as well as delivering presentations. You should have experience in handling multiple projects, direct client interactions, and take complete ownership of project delivery. Prior experience in pre-sales and working with German customers, including fluency in German, is advantageous. Exposure to managing projects in industry verticals such as Manufacturing and Automobile is preferred. Candidates should possess strong hands-on designing and development skills in C#, ASP.NET, WCF, Web Services/Web API, Angular JS, and SQL Server. Collaboration with peers and management to enhance processes, policies, and customer service is essential. Coaching, leading, and managing team resources to facilitate team development is a key aspect of this role. Effective communication with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction, managing client expectations, and strong business communication and people management skills are required. A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management is necessary for this role, along with a PMP Certification or similar level certifications. The location for this position is Chennai.
