Job Description

You should hold a Diploma or B.E in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Your expertise should include being efficient in layout marking, roads, drains, etc. Additionally, you should have the ability to independently manage sites, collaborate with consultants and architects, certify bills, and handle contractors. Immediate joiners will be given preference for this position located in Chennai. The compensation package for this role ranges from Rs. 6.5 to 7.2 LPA.,
