Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator/Analyst with experience in digital marketing and healthcare communication to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, cross-functional team collaboration, and agile project management within the digital and healthcare domains. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and final delivery for digital assets like websites, apps, e-modules, brochures, banners, emailers, etc. Collaborate with international clients (USA, Europe, UK, EMEA, APAC) ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction (CSAT ~9/10). Manage cross-functional teams including content writers, designers, and developers to ensure adherence to timelines and quality. Utilize project management tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Track project budgets, timelines, scope changes, and ensure resource planning and allocation. Support project documentation including requirement gathering, progress tracking, and client feedback management. Prepare Proof of Concepts (POC) and prototypes for new projects and validate feasibility. Contribute to team training and onboarding of junior project associates.
