The Project Coordinator – MEP/Civil is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and civil construction projects. This role involves coordinating between various stakeholders, ensuring that project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints are met, and managing documentation and communication across teams. Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day coordination of MEP and civil construction activities. Prepare and monitor project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment. Liaise between consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth communication. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date project documentation including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Track progress reports, daily logs, inspection requests, and site photos. Support preparation of project status reports and presentations for stakeholders. Quality & Compliance: Coordinate inspections with QA/QC and safety teams to ensure adherence to design and regulatory requirements. Monitor compliance with construction drawings and specifications. Cost Control: Assist with tracking project budgets and expenditure. Help in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and variations Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
