Job Description

Skills:- Good Communication skills Technical Presentation skills Knowledge of Safety measurements Roles & Responsibilities: Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures at solar projests. Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Provide safety training and toolbox talks for site personnel. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Maintain safety records and prepare reports as required. Verify & ensure field compliance of safety requirements Inspect firefighting equipment and all power tools Supervise critical activity Report generation & reporting to HO Conduct safety committee meeting and communicate with all stakeholders Conduct mock drill and communicate findings Education: - Diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent.
