Role & responsibilities Review of Design Drawings, Statutory Drawings, Specifications, BOQ etc. Providing Value Engineering Options. Resolving Design related Site Issues. Preparing Design review reports, Trackers, RFI, Site Reports etc. Coordinating with Client, Design Consultants, Site and Vendors. Preparation of Interdisciplinary Coordinated Drawings, Shop drawings etc. Review of Specialized Vendor Shop Drawings, Technical submitting. Material Selection and coordinating for approvals with all the stake Holders. Preferred candidate profile B Arch with 10 years of Experience. Having minimum 5 years of experience working in High Rise Residential Projects. Experience in Coordinating Inter-Discipline Drawings, Knowledge on Statutory Norms and Building Bye Laws Good in Auto Cad, MS Office , MS Excel. Revit will be added advantage.
