Production Supervisor
Location: Sahnewal, Ludhiana
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Experience: 1–2 years or fresher
Gender: Male preferred
Qualification: ITI (Mechanical / Fitter / Production preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
Execute daily production as per plan
Maintain production cycle time & data correction
Ensure inventory accuracy on the shop floor
Conduct & attend daily production and dispatch meetings
Coordinate with PPC and Quality teams
Operate & understand micrometers, vernier calipers & measuring instruments
Maintain shift reports and production documentation
Skills Required:
Strong technical understanding of production processes
Ability to handle a team of operators and helpers
Familiar with instruments like vernier, micrometer, etc.
Basic knowledge of production planning and reporting
Punctual, disciplined, and proactive attitude
