Production Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with hands-on experience in stamping operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production, ensure quality standards, and lead a team to achieve efficient workflow on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Manage and handle the shift efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Allocate manpower according to the production plan and shift requirements.
• Perform tool loading and unloading as per the schedule and process needs.
• Identify and resolve production-related issues through effective troubleshooting.
• Monitor hourly production and ensure targets are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Maintain workplace discipline through effective implementation of 5S practices and support Kaizen activities.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering is preferred; however, education is not a strict criterion. Candidates with relevant hands-on experience may also apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in a stamping, manufacturing, or automotive production environment.
• Ability to manage shifts and allocate manpower as per the production plan.
• Hands-on experience with press machines, tool loading/unloading, and basic troubleshooting.
• Capability to monitor hourly production and ensure target achievement.
• Familiarity with 5S practices and involvement in Kaizen or continuous improvement activities.
• Understanding of safety procedures and workplace discipline on the shop floor.
• Good communication skills, team coordination, and the ability to guide and support operators.
