Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for managing a team of production staff, delivering on production targets, monitoring production processes and implementing changes to optimize productivity, and quality and safe operations. Key Responsibilities Developing and managing production plans and schedules to ensure production objectives /targets are met Assigning tasks to production staff / impart training to perform routine tasks effectively Monitor production process to ensure safe and efficient operations Perform regular equipment and machinery inspections to identify and rectify potential issues and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and servicing. Coordinating with employees and management and resolving issues that may arise. To work closely with production and quality control staff to ensure that appropriate QC standards and protocols are being followed Improvement areas identification and implementation to ensure COVI targets are met. Qualification: Essential- Diploma / Graduation engineering / instrumentation / Production management Desirable- Certification program related to lean manufacturing implementation Safety certification- from relevant industry bodies Work Experience- Supervisory / team handling experience 4-5 years Prior work experience in clean-room areas of pharma / other manufacturing industry Skill set: Planning and organising Maintenance / service Time Management Production process knowledge Problem solving MS office / ERP working experience Communication Written and oral Safety management Team handling
