Production Supervisor

ALFEN Windows is seeking a Production Supervisor with a background in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in production supervision. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the aluminium doors and windows industry . You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production floor, delivering high-quality products that meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. Monitor the production process for efficiency and quality, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing training and support where necessary. Collaborate with the design and quality teams to implement process improvements and product enhancements. Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Key Requirements: Education: B.Tech & M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 3 years in a production supervisory role Preferred Industry Experience: Aluminium doors and windows manufacturing or related fields Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and technical skills Knowledge: Proficient in production planning, quality control, and process optimization Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
