The role's primary objective is to deliver effective technical support to the process and proactively resolve client issues either directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs. Key responsibilities include excellent oral and written communication skills, knowledge of relevant policies and procedures, and a focus on building capability to ensure operational excellence and superior customer service levels for the existing account/client. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the banking field, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar profile involving substantial exposure to managing people. Possession of a CDCS Certification would be advantageous. Essential skills include expertise in Retail Banking (PO) and a demonstrated track record in delivering results and maintaining high performance standards. To excel in this role, the candidate must have strong self-management skills, such as productivity, efficiency, and completion of technical training hours. Performance will be evaluated based on various parameters including the number of cases resolved per day, compliance with process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, and customer feedback. Additionally, the candidate should be proactive in staying updated with product features, changes, and updates by enrolling in relevant trainings as per client requirements.
