Role & responsibilities 1. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations and ensure timely product delivery. Minimize waste and downtime; enhance production efficiency. Responsible for the looking of Holography plant and committed for the delivery of Holograms in spool,Sheet,Self-adhesive strip & Hot - cold stamping foils, Laminates to internal & external customers 2. Product Development & Marketing: Develop new products based on market inquiries; create feasibility reports. Collaborate with marketing on product launches and sales targets. 3. Financial & Vendor Management: Monitor profit and loss accounts; develop job costing aligned with profit goals. Negotiate with vendors and manage raw material supply. 4. Team Leadership & Compliance: Train team on lean manufacturing and quality control. Ensure compliance with ISO, HSSMS, and HACCP standards. Customer support if any trouble or complaint logged in plant to minimize count with marketing.
