We are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at our Spray Drying facility. Key Requirements: Proven expertise in managing spray drying operations for Dairy Powders, Food Powders, and Nutraceutical Powders . Strong background in production planning, process optimization, and quality assurance in a spray drying setup. Familiarity with regulatory and hygiene standards in food-grade manufacturing environments. Ability to lead teams, drive KPIs, and ensure smooth day-to-day plant operations with minimal downtime. Experience in scaling production , troubleshooting spray drying equipment, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives is a strong advantage. About the Role: This is a leadership position with full ownership of the production floor, reporting to senior management. Were looking for someone hands-on, proactive, and operationally sharp not just an office-based manager. The role will involve collaboration with R&D, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure end-to-end efficiency. Why Join Us?
