Production Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets.
  
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery, minimizing downtime and wastage.
  
• Oversee the production of components including steel tubes, condensers, wire baskets, and evaporators with attention to quality and process control.
  
• Monitor the assembly and fabrication of HVAC components (e.g., AC parts, filter driers) as per specifications.
  
• Coordinate with design, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless production workflows.
  
• Maintain and analyze production data, process reports, and performance metrics.
  
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, 5S practices, and plant discipline.
  
• Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and tools.
  
• Guide and train shop-floor workers, operators, and technicians.
  
• Continuously identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  
• 37 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or metal fabrication industries.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach to operations.
  
• Working knowledge of fabrication, welding, tube processing, and assembly line production.
  
• Familiarity with quality standards like ISO, lean manufacturing, and 5S.
  
• Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  
• Ability to handle shop-floor challenges, meet deadlines, and coordinate across departments.
