Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Coordinator to support and manage the daily operations of our manufacturing/assembly line. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electrical Engineering (EE) and the ability to coordinate between design, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely and efficient output.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities to meet quality and delivery timelines.
• Maintain production schedules and report deviations.
• Track inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Work closely with the engineering, QA, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production line performance and escalate any issues impacting output.
• Assist in preparing documentation related to production planning, testing, and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and ESD protocols during production.
• Support testing and quality inspection processes as needed.
• Maintain records of production metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Help implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications
Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electrical Engineering (EE).Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a production/manufacturing role preferred; freshers with relevant skills may also be considered.

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of PCB assembly, SMT processes, and basic electronics troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with production planning tools or ERP systems is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
