Production Assembly Supervisor

• Supervising and Coordinating:Directing the work of assembly line employees, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Production Management:Ensuring production schedules are met by organizing and planning work, managing inventory, and ordering supplies.
• Quality Control:Monitoring and maintaining quality standards throughout the assembly process, identifying and addressing defects, and ensuring products meet specifications.
• Troubleshooting:Identifying and resolving operational issues, such as equipment malfunctions or material shortages, to minimize downtime.
• Training and Mentoring:Providing guidance and training to assembly personnel, including new hires, to improve their skills and performance.
• Safety Compliance:Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Documentation and Reporting:Maintaining accurate records of production, employee performance, and quality control checks.
• Communication and Collaboration:Communicating effectively with other departments, such as production planning, quality assurance, and stores, to optimize production processes and address issues.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
