Product Owner - Healthcare

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Product Owner with a strong background in healthcare claims adjudication and payments
• The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering teams product managers and stakeholders to deliver high quality product features that align with business goals and customer needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Domain Expertise
• o Deep understanding of healthcare claims lifecycle including claims intake adjudication and payment processing
• o Stay current with industry standards such as HIPAA EDI 837 835 and payer provider workflows
• Agile Product Ownership
• o Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and prioritize the product backlog
• o Write clear concise user stories with well defined acceptance criteria
• o Participate in PI Planning sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions
• o Ensure stories are ready for development and meet the Definition of Ready DoR and Definition of Done DoD
• Team Collaboration
• o Work closely with engineering teams to review deliverables clarify requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
• o Act as the voice of the customer and business during development cycles
• Stakeholder Communication
• o Create and deliver presentations and product demos to internal and external stakeholders
• o Gather feedback and incorporate it into future iterations
• Process Methodology
• o Operate within a Scaled Agile Framework SAFe or similar enterprise Agile environment
• o Support continuous improvement by identifying and addressing process inefficiencies

Additional Responsibilities:

• SAFe Product Owner Product Manager POPM certification
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards e

• HL7 FHIR
• Familiarity with analytics or reporting tools related to claims data
