Actively seek feedback, reflect on designprocesses, and suggest improvements for the design team. Requirements 4+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strongportfolio showcasing your design skills and process. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or AdobeCreative Suite. Strong understanding of user-centred design principles andbest practices. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to workeffectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to lead and mentor junior designers. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thinkstrategically about design decisions. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and design methodologies.
