About the Role:

Producer/ Anchor

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and produce high-quality video content focusing on geopolitical, regional political, and current events.
Appear on camera when required must be confident, articulate, and presentable for digital audiences.
Write clear, compelling scripts in both
Kannada and English
.
Collaborate with editors, journalists, and social media teams to plan content and ensure high engagement.
Stay updated on political trends, regional developments, and international affairs.
Coordinate shoots, manage production schedules, and oversee post-production.
Ensure timely delivery of videos with a strong visual narrative.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in video production, journalism, or digital media.
Strong understanding of
geo-political and regional political
landscapes.
Fluency in
Kannada and English
— both written and spoken.
Comfortable working
6 days a week from the office
.
On-camera presence with the ability to present news and insights confidently.
Excellent storytelling, editing, and scriptwriting skills.
Familiarity with video editing tools and digital publishing platforms is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

Background in journalism, political science, or communications.
Previous experience working in a newsroom, media house, or digital content studio.
