Job Title: Procurement Executive Location: Chennai Department: Procurement / Supply Chain Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 02 years Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support our procurement and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and procuring goods, materials, and services in line with company requirements. Maintain and update purchase records, vendor details, and price lists. Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best offer among potential suppliers. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any supply issues or delays. Verify purchase requisitions, prepare purchase orders, and obtain necessary approvals. Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with internal teams to forecast demand. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. Maintain documentation and records for audits and internal reviews. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com). Basic knowledge of procurement principles and supply chain processes. Proficiency in MS Office, specially Excel.
