Role & responsibilities:

Universities application filing & submission.
Student interactions to get the information for filling the applications.
Portal access of universities for document submissions.
Review students documents in collaboration with the senior team to identify errors or omissions critical for visa processing.
Coordinate with universities and internal application teams for offer letters, fee payments, and interviews.
Assist in filing visa forms and scheduling visa mock interviews for the students.
Keep students informed at every stage of the application process.
