Prepare work instruction, SOP, PN Creation and updating ECR, PCO, Drawing Instruction. PCBA Faulty Analysis (Analog & Digital PCB) Product/process failure RCCA, Product Qualification. APQP, PPAP, PFMEA. SMT Process and PCBA Manufacturing/Assembly Process. Process automation, Jigs & Fixtures design & Implementation. ESD Knowledge Base and digital setup training for Production Operators. Supporting local sales team with troubleshooting digital products. CFT Followups and support of continuous improvement. Preferred candidate profile 7 - 10 years into Electronics Manufacturing/Process Engineering field.
