Job Title: Landscape Design architect, Residential & Mixed-Use Department : Design & Development Location : Mumbai Reports To : Chief Design Officer Manager Design Role & responsibilities 1. Design Coordination •Assist in developing and reviewing landscape concept plans, layout drawings, and presentation boards. •Ensure landscape designs align with overall master planning, architectural design, and development goals. •Coordinate revisions and feedback between consultants, architects, and internal design teams. 2. Consultant & Documentation Management •Support the appointment and briefing of external landscape design consultants. •Track and manage design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and BOQs across project stages (concept to GFC). •Facilitate timely submissions and approvals of landscape deliverables. 3. Integration with Project Teams •Coordinate with internal stakeholders including architecture, engineering, sales, marketing, and execution teams to ensure cohesive design implementation. •Ensure landscape elements (e.g., podiums, streetscape, Mother Earth RG, amenity zones) are well-integrated with built form and services. 4. Site Interface •Conduct site visits during mock-up, sample review, and key execution stages. •Document site issues, design deviations, and coordinate resolutions with design consultants and site teams. •Support material selection and approvals in line with project design and cost goals. 5. Compliance & Sustainability •Ensure design submissions comply with regulatory norms and green building standards (IGBC, GRIHA, etc.). •Assist in incorporating sustainable strategies like native planting, water-efficient irrigation, and permeable paving. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors/ masters degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or equivalent design discipline. 10-12 years of experience in coordinating landscape design in real estate, urban design, or infrastructure projects. Exposure to residential, mixed-use, or township-scale developments is highly preferred. Key Skills: •Strong design coordination, documentation, and drawing review skills. •Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite; familiarity with BIM or GIS is a plus. •Understanding of planting design, hardscape materials, grading, and site services. •Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
