Job Title: Private Chef ContinentalCuisine Location: Founder’s residence,Velachery,Chennai OverView: We’re seeking an accomplishedPrivate Chef to manage daily culinary operations at our company founder’s bungalow. The chef will craft refined continental menus, oversee kitchen logistics, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for family, guests, and VIP business visitors. Key Responsibilities Design and execute seasonal, nutritionally balanced continental menus tailored to the family’s preferences and dietary needs. Preparebreakfast, lunch, high tea, and dinner Plan and cater private events or business dinners Source highquality, fresh ingredients; build relationships with premium local suppliers and gourmet importers. Manage kitchen inventory, budgeting, and cost controls while minimizing waste. Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization Required Experience & Skills Professional chef experience as a private or executive chef focusing on continental cuisine. Formal culinary training (hotel management or equivalent certificate/diploma). Strong knowledge of nutrition, seasonal produce Excellent timemanagement, budgeting, and kitchenleadership skills. Fluent in English; Hindi a plus. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays
