Job Description: Senior Engineer Senior Engineer Company Name: - Pristine Developers Roles: Senior Engineers will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of construction projects at construction sites. Expertise in construction engineering and strong leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving our goals. Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities across our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience—especially in Alu Form construction techniques —to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage residential/commercial real estate construction projects on-site from initiation to completion. Prepare project execution plans, timelines, budgets, and monitor progress. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Review engineering drawings and designs for technical accuracy and compliance. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements. Identify construction risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Enforce high standards of safety, quality control, and cost-efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 7+ years of experience in construction engineering with a proven track record of managing real estate construction projects. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Alu Form construction. Strong knowledge of modern construction methods, materials, and best practices. Proficient in using construction management tools and project tracking software. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across multiple stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience of 8 +years in construction engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
