Role & responsibilities: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Billing Engineer to manage our construction projects Bill preparation from conception. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects Bill Preparing of Client ,Identifying Non Tender Item, etc. Key Responsibilities- Manage construction Bill Preparing for Client from start to finish and Identifying Non Tender Items.- Reconcillation of all Materials at site acc. To Bill.- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution and also need to ensure Proper Planning of Projects.- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements- Conduct site inspections to monitor Quantity surveying and Identifying Non Tender Items.- Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues, provide guidance, and share best practices- Prepare and submit project Bill Reconcillatiom reports, including Reconcillation of Materials, budget tracking, and Cost control metrics. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management.- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
