Urgent Hiring for !!! Senior Relationship Manager!!! for one of the leading pvt ltd bank!!! Key Responsibilities 1. Client Acquisition & Onboarding Identify and onboard new HNI clients into the Preferred Banking program. Leverage referrals, branch leads, and internal databases to acquire clients. 2. Portfolio Management Manage a portfolio of HNI clients, ensuring regular engagement and service. Profile clients to understand their financial needs and update records accordingly. 3. Sales & Cross-Selling Promote a range of banking products, including: Liabilities: Savings and Current Accounts Assets: Loans and Credit Cards Investment Products: Mutual Funds, Insurance, Forex, etc. Achieve sales targets across product categories. 4. Customer Service Excellence Serve as the single point of contact for all banking needs of HNI clients. Ensure timely resolution of queries and provide personalized financial advice.iimjobs.com 5. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to banking regulations and compliance requirements. Monitor transactions for any unusual activities and report as necessary Required Skills & Qualifications Education : Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Experience : Minimum 6 years in retail banking or financial services. Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in banking products and services.
