About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming leads from marketing campaigns, digital ads, portals, and referrals 2. Call and qualify leads based on their property requirements, budget, and timeline 3. Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to site visit 4. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team 5. Follow up with prospects until the handover to the sales team 6. Manage and update lead data on CRM and maintain regular follow-ups 7. Share property details, brochures, and pricing as per client requirements 8. Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential buyers 9. Coordinate with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness 10.
