Job Description

Provision of administration support across all aspects an accounting practice, including invoicing, maintaining client database, liaising with the statutory authorities etc. Secretarial compliance relating to entity registrations/formation, annual compliance/annual returns, amendments to Company registers and relevant filings with statutory authorities. Frequent communications with local/overseas based clients, offices and other key stakeholdersPreparation and lodgment of various statutory forms and minutes. Proactively follow up for signed documents to ensure on time lodgments. Carrying out research activities as required / directed. Assist in the preparation of statutory records and corporate registers Assist in the preparation of resolutions and board minutes using precedents Collation of financial statements and tax returns and preparing letters associated with these. Maintain and update software systems with client information Any other tasks that contribute to the function of the accounting department or support/admin team
