Powerplatform with RPA

Job Summary:

Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows)

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Power Automate RPA development, with a strong emphasis on desktop flows. Additionally, any prior experience in transitioning automation processes from UiPath to Power Automate will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using

  Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows)

  .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements.
• Create and maintain Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, Dataverse).
• Integrate Power Automate flows with

  SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Dataverse, APIs, SQL Server

  , and other Microsoft or third-party services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot existing automation processes for improvements and enhancements.
• Ensure automation solutions are scalable, reusable, and maintainable.
• Document automation architecture, design, and user guides.
• Work closely with business analysts, testers, and IT support teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 37 years of experience in RPA development, with

  minimum 2 years in Power Automate

  .
• Strong understanding of Power Platform ecosystem:

  Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Power Automate Desktop (RPA)

  for UI-based automation.
• Experience in

  automating manual repetitive tasks

  , screen scraping, desktop application automation.
• Good knowledge of

  API integration

  , JSON, REST/SOAP, and custom connectors.
• Familiarity with

  Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, Microsoft 365 services

  , and SQL databases.
• Scripting and expressions using

  Power Fx, JavaScript, or VBScript

  is a plus.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to

  ALM, version control (Git/Azure DevOps)

  , and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform is a plus.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-500) are a bonus.
