Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy low-code/no-code applications using

  Power Apps

  (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Automate business processes using

  Power Automate Cloud Flows

  and

  Desktop Flows (RPA)

  .
• Build

  Approval Flows

  to support streamlined business decision processes.
• Design and manage data structures in

  Dataverse

  , and integrate

  Power Pages

  for user-facing portals.
• Leverage

  Copilot Studio

  and

  AI Hub

  for AI-driven automation and conversational experiences.
• Integrate Microsoft Power Platform with external systems via

  custom APIs

  and connectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Develop and manage

  SharePoint Online

  -based applications and integration scenarios.
• Utilize programming knowledge (e.g., C#, JavaScript, or equivalent) for advanced customizations.
• Offer ongoing

  technical consulting

  and solution architecture guidance for Power Platform projects.
• Provide user support and issue resolution through

  ServiceNow

  or similar platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years

  of experience in

  Power Apps

  development.

• 3+ years

  of experience with

  Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows

  .

• 1+ year

  of experience developing

  Approval Flows

  .

• 2+ years

  of experience with

  Dataverse, Power Pages, and AI Hub

  .

• 1+ year

  of

  SharePoint Online

  development experience.

• 1+ year

  of

  API Development

  and integration experience.

• 2+ years

  of experience in

  software programming

  (any language).

• 2+ years

  in

  technical consulting

  for Power Platform implementations.

• 1+ year

  of experience in providing technical support via

  ServiceNow

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
