Podcast Video Editor (Immediate Joiner)

Job Description : PodUp is looking for a hardworking and talented Podcast Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in editing both podcast audio and video episodes, and will be responsible for editing on a daily basis. The role requires a creative eye for video content and a keen ear for high-quality audio production. Knowledge of previous experience editing YouTube videos or podcast episodes is a must. Key Responsibilities : Edit podcast audio and video episodes on a daily basis. Creating ShortClips from the video Ensure high-quality production with seamless transitions, sound leveling, noise reduction, and visual consistency. Cut and splice video to eliminate errors, awkward pauses, and irrelevant segments. Incorporate creative elements like intros, outros, and graphics to enhance video quality. Collaborate with the podcast host and production team to maintain the desired tone and style. Organize, archive, and manage media files for future use. Creating Intro and Outtro for the video Requirements : Proven experience in video editing, preferably for podcasts or YouTube channels. Proficiency in video and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audacity, etc.). Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Knowledge of podcast production and previous work in similar roles is essential. Preferred Qualifications : Must know English writting and speaking Experience with graphic design for video elements. Familiarity with audio editing tools for improving sound quality. Passion for podcasts and understanding the podcast landscape.
