PLC Programmer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning with a focus on Mitsubishi, Delta, and Siemens platforms . The role involves working on a variety of automation projects across industries such as manufacturing, packaging, and process control. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Mitsubishi (GX Works/GX Developer), Delta (WPLSoft), and Siemens (TIA Portal/STEP 7) . Commission and test automation systems on-site and remotely. Integrate PLC systems with HMIs, SCADA, and other industrial control systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control drawings. Support installation, start-up, and maintenance of control systems. Work closely with project managers, electricians, and mechanical teams to deliver successful automation solutions. Prepare and maintain project documentation and technical reports. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation Engineering or related field. 3–5 years of hands-on PLC programming and commissioning experience . Proficiency in Mitsubishi, Delta, and Siemens PLCs . Experience with HMI/SCADA systems (e.g., WinCC, GOT, Weintek). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP). Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Willingness to travel to project sites if required. Preferred: Experience in panel design or electrical wiring (a plus). Knowledge of safety standards (ISO, IEC, etc.). Understanding of Industry 4.0 and IIoT integration (advantageous).
