Coordination within the team & with the construction team. Preparing area calculations. Checking the correctness of drawings as per local municipal norms. Design coordination with external consultants. Knowledge of DCPR 2034 & working drawings for Mumbai locality. Knowledge of SRA 33(11) for Mumbai locality. Knowledge of 33(9) & 33(7) for Mumbai locality. Prepare working drawings, GFC & good at construction drawings. Presentation skills. Expected Competencies: Proven experience in high-rise building construction. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of DCPR rules & experience in the preparation of municipal drawings, especially for projects in Mumbai. Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines. Experience required: 3-5 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.

Position : Site Engineer Department : Construction Experience : 7 Years to 10 Years Location : Andheri/Khar (Walkable distance from station) Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute RCC works: foundations, columns, beams, slabs, etc. Monitor formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and curing processes. Oversee all finishing works: plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, etc. Ensure finishing quality, alignment, and detailing as per design and standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth workflow. Conduct quality checks and inspections for both RCC and finishing stages. Maintain work schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion. Manage site safety, cleanliness, and material usage efficiently. Interpret drawings and specifications; report discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications: Full-time Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of RCC techniques, finishing standards, and construction methodologies. Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage site operations efficiently. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
