Job Description

Title: Platform Support Analyst Location: Hyderabad Duration: Full Time (C2H) Experience: 7-8 Years Mandatory Skills: Informatica IDQ + MDM / AWS Cloud Admin / DBA Duration: Platform Support Analyst with experience in Informatica IDQ and MDM, AWS Cloud Administration, and database administration (DBA). This role will be responsible for maintaining the health, performance, and availability of the data platform infrastructure. The candidate will manage platform upgrades, patching, job monitoring, user access, and troubleshooting across Informatica environments, while also supporting cloud infrastructure in AWS, including EC2, S3, IAM, and networking components. Strong DBA skills for managing databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) are essential for performance tuning, backup/recovery, and query optimization. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional technical teams.
