Plant & Machinery Maintenance Executive

Position: Plant & Machinery Maintenance Executive– (Only Males)
Qualification required: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.ITI trades: Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical Maintenance, etcExperience – Min experience of 3 years in any MNC (Preferably food & beverage industry)Salary – 18K in handJob location – Sahnewal Ludhiana -Punjab (Preferred Local Candidate)

Timings: 9:30AM – 7:00PM
Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute routine maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.- Respond promptly to machinery or equipment breakdowns.- Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs or arrange for service technicians.- Minimize downtime by prioritizing and resolving issues quickly.- Monitor the condition of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, AHU, RO, AIR COMPRESSOR, GENERATORS and other utility systems.- Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.- Track record of machinery breakdown requisition slips and maintain history record of each machine- Keep detailed logs of maintenance work done, faults identified, and resolutions.- Conduct routine safety checks and risk assessments and give proper training to machine operators.

FBD, BLENDER, GRINDING & PULVERIZING MACHINE, Volumetric MACHIN
