Roles and Responsibilities Prepare BOQs, estimates, and tenders for clients. Conduct quantity surveying activities such as measurement, billing, and contractor billing. Estimate quantities from drawings and prepare rate analysis reports. Provide cost control advice to management on project progress and expenses. Monitor subcontractor claims against contracts and negotiate with them. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in planning, estimation, or quantity surveying role. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in preparing accurate estimates using various software tools.
