Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Sales/Dealer team to collect necessary input documents as per the internal checklist. Initiate and monitor project Kick-Off activities, ensuring adherence to SOPs. Follow up with the Design team for timely submission of technical drawings and project details. Verify that the quantity of furniture to be produced aligns with the Purchase Orders (POs) received. Prepare and upload manufacturing files to the system with the following: 1. Complete technical drawings 2. Material indent details 3. Stickers for part identification Provide weekly updates to clients through the ERP system. Highlight departmental delays during weekly project review meetings and record them. Share monthly dispatch plans with the Production team, with clear priority markings. Ensure timely production of Cabinetry, Sliding Systems, and Art of Lacquering items, including at least one intermediate quality check. Coordinate timely submission of delivery requests. Confirm fund availability from the customer before dispatching goods to site. Ensure vehicle requests are raised on time for dispatch. Share dispatch details with the customer promptly. Track and document project timelines, budgets, and any challenges facedproposing corrective actions to prevent future issues.
