Placement Officer – Training & Placement Department

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong corporate connections, ensuring successful student placements, and maintaining the institute’s reputation for delivering high-quality talent to the healthcare and IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, hospitals, IT healthcare companies, and recruiters.
✅ Coordinate placement activities, campus drives, and recruitment processes for students.✅ Collaborate with the academic team to enhance student employability through training and workshops.✅ Counsel students regarding career paths, job readiness, and industry expectations.✅ Ensure 100% placement support and contribute to the institute’s placement targets.✅ Manage placement records, reports, and student feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred: Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Management, or related fields)
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or corporate relations (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills✔ Passionate about student success and career development✔ Knowledge of Clinical Research, Medical Coding, or Healthcare sector is an advantage
