Placement Officer

As a Placements Officer at KL University, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners and recruiters. Your main objective will be to identify and secure job opportunities for our students in the fields of Data Science, Business Analytics, and emerging tech-driven business roles. Your responsibilities will include providing career counseling to students or job seekers, assisting them in identifying their skills, interests, and career goals. You will also be responsible for organizing networking events, job fairs, and industry-specific workshops to connect candidates with potential employers. Facilitating job placements by matching candidates with suitable job openings based on their qualifications and preferences will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will assist candidates in preparing resumes, cover letters, and interview techniques to enhance their chances of securing a job. Identifying and promoting internship and training opportunities for students and job seekers to gain practical experience will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 3-6 years of experience in Placements. Proficiency with computer and related software applications is required.
