Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and driven Placement Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting students with job placement opportunities, coordinating with hiring partners, and ensuring smooth execution of placement drives. Key Responsibilities:  Coordinate and manage the placement process for students enrolled in various training programs.  Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners, HR personnel, and industry stakeholders.  Schedule and organize placement drives, interviews, and hiring events.  Provide career counseling and job readiness support to students, including resume building and interview preparation.  Maintain and update placement records and reports on a regular basis.  Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and companies for feedback and selection outcomes.  Support the team in achieving monthly/quarterly placement targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
