We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to support our recruitment and HR operations across all business verticals. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, communicative, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple business units Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate final rounds with internal teams Maintain a strong database of potential candidates Facilitate onboarding, documentation, and employee orientation Support HR administrative tasks such as attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and assist in maintaining a positive work culture Coordinate with management for workforce planning and HR needs Key Requirements Female candidates preferred Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple roles and work across various industries Proficiency with job portals and recruitment tools Self-driven, responsible, and detail-oriented What We Offer Monthly salary between 20,000 – 25,000 (based on experience and skillset) Opportunity to work with a diversified group and grow professionally Collaborative and supportive team environment Exposure to multiple industries and business functions

Job Title: Operations Executive with minimum 2 years of Experience Location: Sector 70, IMT, Faridabad Salary: INR 20,000 per month (in-hand) Key Responsibilities: Airbnb Property Management Handle all communication with potential and confirmed guests on the Airbnb platform Assist with check-in coordination and ensure a smooth guest experience Supervise the property before each check-in to ensure readiness and cleanliness Manage and coordinate housekeeping staff, ensuring timely and quality upkeep Address guest concerns during their stay (if any), ensuring quick resolution Real Estate Sales Operations Maintain and update the CRM system regularly with leads, follow-ups, and status updates Track performance metrics within the CRM and keep records organized and up-to-date Coordinate with the sales team for lead inputs, closures, and CRM hygiene Ensure smooth flow of communication between the sales team and backend operations General Operational Support Be available and responsive for on-ground support and coordination as required Manage assigned operational responsibilities across both verticals efficiently Key Requirements: Strong communication skills (written and spoken English and Hindi) Basic knowledge of platforms like Airbnb and CRM tools (training will be provided if required) Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently and work independently Prior experience in hospitality or real estate (preferred but not mandatory) Must be based in or willing to commute to Faridabad, Sector 70, IMT Work Schedule: 6 days a week , full-time Working hours: As per operational requirement (general schedule to be shared at the time of joining)
