Location:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver critical nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU.
Monitor vital signs, neurological status, and respiratory function.
Administer prescribed medications, fluids, and nutrition via IV or oral routes.
Operate and manage ventilators, infusion/syringe pumps, and monitoring devices.
Provide emergency support during resuscitations and code blue situations.
Maintain central lines, tracheostomy tubes, and ensure infection control practices.
Document patient care activities accurately in medical records.
Collaborate with doctors, pediatricians, and allied health professionals.
Educate and support patients families about care plans and recovery.
Participate in regular shift handovers and care planning meetings.

Candidate Profile:

GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing with active nursing registration.
2-10 years of experience in PICU or pediatric critical care nursing.
BLS and PALS certification is mandatory or must be obtained upon joining.
Skilled in ventilator care, IV management, emergency response, and pediatric care protocols.
Strong communication, observation, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and under high-pressure situations.
Compassionate, ethical, and committed to child-centric care.
